Critter Card BackerKit Survey Updates!

Hello Everyone! 

The BackerKit Pledge Manager will be going out starting today! This is the exclusive store for BACKERS ONLY, where you will specify your reward, input your address, pay your taxes, and be able to purchase any extra games or add-ons.

How BackerKit Works:

The Pledge Manager consists of two parts: a survey and the add-on store. The survey will help us better fulfill your order. It also helps us get to know what you want to see from us in the future. The second part is the Add-On store where you will be able to add multiple copies, more booster packs, or art prints!

The Pledge Manager Survey will be sent out on a rolling basis to prevent any technical glitches. The system begins by sending to a random 5% of backers as a test.

It will be sent to the same email address used to log in to Kickstarter when your pledge was placed. If you have any questions or issues, please reach out to our team via comments or send an email to [email protected].

BackerKit FAQ's

While the BackerKit customer care team is here to answer any questions, here are a few that we can tackle right away:

1) Will I be able to change my address over the summer? YES! We will notify you before shipping addresses are locked in. We are aiming to ship everything out by October 2022.

2) Can I upgrade my pledge level in BackerKit? YES! You will have the opportunity to upgrade, but not downgrade.

Local Pickup

If you would like to pick up your order in Hamilton, Ontario, select "Local Pickup" under the "Select your country for shipping" drop-down menu. Once you order is in, we will contact you to set up pick-up times.

Pledge Manager and Pre-order store

Hello All,

I hope everyone is having a great Saturday. The kids and I will be heading down to our local Comic shop for free Comic Book Day but before we go I have a few updates for everyone about our Pledge Manager and Pre-order store.

The Pledge Manager is done and will be emailed to you in the next 1–2 weeks from a company called BackerKit. This is where you will be able to claim your rewards and access a special Add-On Store for campaign backers only. (It will have your pledge amount on file and will ask you to choose which rewards you want.) This is also where you will pre-pay taxes/VAT and shipping, and input your mailing address. If you would like your order mailed elsewhere (to a family member etc) you can input their address instead. You will be able to change your mailing address up to a week before we ship. We will give you plenty of warning when the deadline to change your address is approaching.

The Pre-Order Store is for people who missed the Kickstarter campaign. If you're receiving this update, the Pre-Order Store is not for you. We recommend waiting until the Pledge Manager is emailed to you to purchase add-ons, to avoid additional shipping costs. If there are any backers who jumped into the Pre-Order, please message us to have your orders merged.

In the next few days, I will be updating everyone with our Timeline and when you can expect to get your rewards and in the meantime if you have any questions please reach out here or through one of our social channels.

Shipping Update!

Hey All, 

We are now working with Spiral Galaxy Games in the UK to handle our UK and EU fulfillment. This has drastically lowered our shipping costs for those places. See our Shipping section for updated price estimates.
